Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring office efficiency and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Drive performance management cycles, including appraisals, training, and professional development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Malaysian Labor Law and related regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communications to foster a positive company culture.
  • Handle payroll administration, benefits management, and insurance renewals for the organization.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and administrative budgets for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR and office management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment acts, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Proven track record in recruitment and talent management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growth-stage company.
