Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO)
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
  • Lead administrative functions including office operations, procurement, facilities management, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance filings
  • Drive organizational development through training programs, succession planning, and culture initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven improvement strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years progressive experience in HR management with 2+ years in leadership roles
  • Deep expertise in Malaysian labor regulations and statutory compliance requirements
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics for decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
