Smarthire by SEEK is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Manager to join our client Wisma Goodnite's team in Kapar, Selangor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO)
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Lead administrative functions including office operations, procurement, facilities management, and vendor coordination
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance filings
- Drive organizational development through training programs, succession planning, and culture initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in HR management with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in Malaysian labor regulations and statutory compliance requirements
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics for decision-making
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
