Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain competitive Compensation & Benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking and bonus structures.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure full compliance with Malaysian Labor Laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Supervise office administrative operations to ensure a seamless and productive working environment.
- Lead HR policy development, updating the employee handbook, and ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management to support business growth.
- Act as a key advisor to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management with a strong track record in C&B.
- In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and current Malaysian labor regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for payroll and data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive, confidential information with professional integrity.
