We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR & Admin Manager to join our growing team in Puchong. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, with a specialized focus on leading our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) initiatives to ensure our talent remains highly engaged and competitively rewarded.

You will provide leadership in organizational policy, payroll administration, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and maintain competitive Compensation & Benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking and bonus structures.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure full compliance with Malaysian Labor Laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Supervise office administrative operations to ensure a seamless and productive working environment.
  • Lead HR policy development, updating the employee handbook, and ensuring consistent application across the organization.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management to support business growth.
  • Act as a key advisor to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management with a strong track record in C&B.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and current Malaysian labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for payroll and data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sensitive, confidential information with professional integrity.
