We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hr & Admin Manager to lead our Human Resources and administrative functions at Sian Chay Medical Institution. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from strategic recruitment and onboarding to the maintenance of comprehensive staff records. You will ensure that our organization strictly adheres to all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, including the accurate processing of work passes and compliance with employment laws.

Beyond core HR responsibilities, you will serve as the key liaison for office coordination and administrative operations. Your expertise will be vital in streamlining daily workflows, managing facilities, and fostering a positive, productive work environment for our medical team. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced medical setting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and the maintenance of accurate staff records.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations regarding work pass applications, renewals, and employment acts.
  • Coordinate office administration, facilities management, and general logistical support for the institution.
  • Handle employee relations, attendance monitoring, and assist with payroll processing and HR documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Organize company events, staff engagement activities, and general office coordination to boost team morale.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and ensure smooth office operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR and Admin management, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of MOM regulations, work pass processing, and employment law.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
