Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with Philippine labor laws
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all departmental roles
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate administrative operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
- Ensure workplace compliance with safety regulations and HR best practices
- Lead organizational development initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- SHRM certification or equivalent HR qualification advantageous
