Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and performance systems
- Manage administrative operations including facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Lead organizational development initiatives and training programs
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and administrative management software
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent professional certification preferred
