Join KLK Alami Edible Oils Sdn Bhd as an HR & Admin Manager / Assistant Manager and spearhead the full spectrum of Human Resources initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll shape organizational culture by developing and executing strategic HR policies, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. You'll lead recruitment processes, manage performance systems, and drive talent development programs while overseeing critical administrative functions including office operations, vendor management, and policy implementation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention programs
- Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee administrative operations including facilities, procurement, and record management
- Drive organizational development initiatives and training programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR or related field (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry highly advantageous
