As our HR & Admin Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, implementing best practices in talent acquisition, employee relations, and office administration. Your ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and Indonesian will be essential in facilitating clear communication between local staff and international stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, and onboarding for various departments.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, facility management, and general office maintenance.
  • Manage payroll, employee benefits, insurance, and compliance with local Indonesian labor laws.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, facilitating communication and reporting.
  • Foster a productive and inclusive work environment by resolving employee relations issues and promoting company culture.
  • Coordinate with government agencies for permits, licensing, and legal documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role covering both HR and Office Administration.
  • Mandarin Proficiency: Must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred) to bridge communications effectively.
  • Strong command of Indonesian labor regulations and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
