Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations matters, addressing concerns and maintaining positive workplace dynamics
  • Administer HR documentation including contracts, leave records, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate office operations including supply management, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws

  • Manage payroll administration and employee benefit programs
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and generate regular reports for leadership

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR and administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
