Aventus E-Commerce is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented HR Admin Officer to support our growing team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about human resources, employee experience, and operational excellence.

As an HR Admin Officer, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. You will collaborate closely with management and staff to deliver efficient administrative support and strategic HR initiatives that drive business performance.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll, benefits administration, and statutory reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG‑IBIG, BIR).
  • Coordinate employee orientation, training sessions, and performance review processes.
  • Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve routine HR‑related issues in a timely manner.
  • Support management in developing workforce planning strategies and talent retention initiatives.
  • Contribute to workplace safety, health, and compliance audits as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in a fast‑paced retail or e‑commerce environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
