We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our growing team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our human resources department, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive work environment. Your key responsibilities will include managing employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
We are looking for someone with a proactive approach to problem-solving who can help develop and update company policies to align with industry standards. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle administration.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HRIS databases.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and provide guidance on company policies.
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing of benefits and leaves.
- Coordinate office administrative tasks, including supply management and vendor relations.
- Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR and general administration.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
