Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily office administrative operations to ensure workplace efficiency.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee attendance records, leave management, and monthly payroll processing.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee databases and personnel files in compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth inter-office communication.
  • Prepare administrative reports and documentation as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
