As our HR & Admin Senior Executive, you will be the backbone of our human resources department, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. You will develop and implement HR policies, conduct performance reviews, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws. Your administrative expertise will be crucial in maintaining office operations, coordinating facilities management, and supporting various departmental functions.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Handle employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee administrative functions including office management, facilities coordination, and vendor management
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Manage employee records, documentation, and HRIS systems
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to develop retention strategies
  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and team building activities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration roles
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in a manufacturing or retail environment is preferred
