Join Heptagon Photonics Pte Ltd. as an HR Admin Specialist and become the backbone of our human resources operations. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll processing and compliance oversight. You'll be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and implementing HR best practices. As our HR operations hub, you'll ensure seamless administrative support across all HR functions while maintaining meticulous records and adherence to Malaysian labor laws. This position offers the opportunity to drive organizational excellence through streamlined HR processes and proactive employee engagement initiatives in our dynamic Johor Bahru headquarters.
Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end recruitment management including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and timekeeping systems management
- Employee relations support including conflict resolution, performance documentation, and policy implementation
- HR compliance assurance through labor law monitoring, policy updates, and audit preparation
- Comprehensive office administration including onboarding/offboarding procedures, record maintenance, and HR documentation
- HRIS system administration, report generation, and data analytics for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR administration experience with payroll and recruitment focus
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial and compliance matters
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP) preferred
