Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Monitor and manage daily timekeeping, attendance, and leave records.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations and company-wide engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Ensure company compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide timely assistance to employees.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
