  • Oversee daily administrative operations including office management, records maintenance, and document control
  • Lead procurement activities for HR-related services, equipment, and office supplies
  • Manage vendor contracts and relationships to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency
  • Supervise HR team members and coordinate performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company HR policies
  • Streamline onboarding/offboarding procedures and employee documentation workflows
  • Implement and maintain HR systems for payroll, benefits, and employee data management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR administrative experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, SSS, PhilHealth, and BIR regulations
  • Proven expertise in procurement processes and vendor management
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
