- Oversee daily administrative operations including office management, records maintenance, and document control
- Lead procurement activities for HR-related services, equipment, and office supplies
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency
- Supervise HR team members and coordinate performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company HR policies
- Streamline onboarding/offboarding procedures and employee documentation workflows
- Implement and maintain HR systems for payroll, benefits, and employee data management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR administrative experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, SSS, PhilHealth, and BIR regulations
- Proven expertise in procurement processes and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities in multicultural environment
