PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering with a prestigious Stat Board renowned for its innovation in process management. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Admin Team Lead to join our client's dynamic team on a hybrid basis. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in streamlining human resources operations, ensuring strict compliance with statutory regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for employees. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of HR administrators, overseeing daily HR workflows, and acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily HR administrative operations for the Stat Board, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
- Supervise a team of HR administrators, providing guidance, performance feedback, and training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure all statutory deductions and contributions are calculated correctly and submitted on time.
- Manage employee records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files in compliance with government regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments and external agencies to facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational standards and employee experience.
- Handle general HR inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain employee satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR administrative experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience working within a Stat Board or government-linked organization is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment while meeting strict deadlines.
