Tanggung Jawab
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with labor laws.
- Oversee daily office administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supplies management.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare reports and maintain databases to support management decision-making.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and relevant local employment legislation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and payroll regulations in Malaysia.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion.
