Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Oversee administrative functions, including office management, supply inventory, and facility maintenance
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Manage employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans
  • Handle vendor management for administrative services and negotiate contracts when necessary

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and office software (MS Office, HR platforms)
