Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Handle confidential HR documents with the utmost discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, onboarding new hires, and processing employee documentation
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs and assist with payroll-related documentation
  • Organize and maintain HR filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and audit purposes
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
