Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Process payroll documentation and leave requests
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
- Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance with labor regulations
- Organize employee engagement activities and company events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of HR administration or office support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
