As an HR & Administration Executive, you will serve as a key pillar of our operations, bridging the gap between strategic people management and efficient daily office administration.

In this exciting role, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to payroll administration and employee engagement. Simultaneously, you will ensure our office environment is seamless and well-organized by managing vendors, supplies, and corporate events. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing and submission to ensure accurate and timely disbursement, complying with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave records, and government claims (e.g., Maternity, Childcare, NS claims).
  • Provide strategic support on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee general office administration including procurement of office supplies, managing vendor contracts, and maintaining office facilities.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and staff engagement initiatives to strengthen team morale.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and legal standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an HR and Administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and statutory payroll requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
