In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational success. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensure accurate payroll processing, and maintain seamless government liaison to ensure full regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government liaison, handling permits, licenses, and regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and handle HR documentation with strict confidentiality.
  • Coordinate administrative office support functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance organizational productivity.
  • Assist management in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in HR or office administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of professional integrity.
