Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support for employee relations and inquiries.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle the end-to-end process for work permit applications, renewals, and documentation for foreign staff.
- Oversee general office administration, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and facilities maintenance.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and statutory reports.
- Coordinate company events, staff welfare activities, and general office logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and Administration, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR policies, and work permit regulations.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
