Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, renewal, and termination processes
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records in SAP SuccessFactors
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely contract renewals and amendments
- Support onboarding processes by preparing and distributing employment contracts
- Assist in HR compliance audits by compiling contract documentation
- Process contract-related invoices and payments through financial systems
- Develop standardized contract templates and SOPs for departmental use
- Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively manage renewal timelines
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Human Resources experience with contract management focus
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HRIS system
- Strong understanding of Singaporean employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with contract lifecycle management software preferred
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field
