Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, application screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
- Oversee comprehensive onboarding procedures including document preparation, orientation scheduling, and new hire integration
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases using advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation)
- Coordinate departmental operations including meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and administrative documentation
- Process payroll-related documents and assist with benefits administration for healthcare staff
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance requirements
- Act as primary liaison between HR department and healthcare staff regarding administrative inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of HR administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data management, reporting, and formula implementation)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in HRIS systems and digital document management
