You will manage sensitive data, facilitate documentation, and assist in various HR initiatives that drive organizational excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases with high precision and confidentiality.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding documentation for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Prepare, draft, and track various HR-related correspondence, employment contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Support the HR Shared Services team in executing daily administrative tasks and routine reporting.
  • Assist in the scheduling and organization of HR-led meetings, workshops, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor regulations and company standards in all administrative record-keeping.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR administration, HR shared services, or a high-volume service desk environment is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply.
