Tanggung Jawab
- Support HR Manager in executing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives
- Process monthly payroll accurately and maintain comprehensive employee records
- Coordinate office operations including facilities management, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Assist in developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws
- Manage employee benefits administration and leave processing
- Organize company events and maintain a productive workplace environment
- Handle confidential HR documentation and data privacy compliance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
