Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records, including personal data, contracts, and attendance logs.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and termination notices.
- Support payroll processing by gathering attendance data and managing leave applications.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and other statutory requirements.
- Organize company events and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and prevailing labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience with HRIS software is an added advantage.
