Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist in recruitment processes including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires including orientation sessions
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation including contracts and personnel files
- Support implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Assist in processing payroll documentation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or office support
- Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail with document processing and record-keeping
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
