Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation systems
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and interview coordination
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Process payroll and benefits administration tasks

- Act as primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
