Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and HR files.
  • Process HR documents such as employment contracts, clearances, leaves of absence, and resignation letters.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting necessary timekeeping and attendance data.
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the HR office is organized and welcoming.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or office support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
