Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support employee onboarding, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in HR administration tasks, including leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll processing
- Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate from a reputable university, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Active involvement in campus organizations or extracurricular activities is highly valued
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
