Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Handle payroll administration, including processing salaries and benefits
- Support employee relations by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Organize and coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and practices
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
