Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Coordinate employee relations activities including performance management, training programs, and policy implementation
- Assist in payroll administration, benefits administration, and compensation analysis
- Handle HR documentation including contracts, letters, and regulatory filings
- Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or generalist role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance standards
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
