Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Coordinate employee relations activities including performance management, training programs, and policy implementation
  • Assist in payroll administration, benefits administration, and compensation analysis
  • Handle HR documentation including contracts, letters, and regulatory filings
  • Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement programs
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or generalist role
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance standards
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
