We are looking for a proactive professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between human resources operations and general office administration. As an HR & Administrator, you will be the face of our office operations, managing everything from recruitment coordination to daily office logistics. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain and update personnel files, HR records, and organizational charts.
- Support the HR team with payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Handle general office management, including inventory control and vendor coordination.
- Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR and Administration role.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee and company information.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
