Tanggung Jawab

  • End-to-End Recruitment Support: Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Payroll & Attendance Management: Accurately process monthly payroll, verify attendance records, and ensure all statutory compliance is met.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain and update personnel files, employment contracts, and leave records in the HR Information System (HRIS) with strict confidentiality.
  • Policy Administration: Assist in communicating company policies, handbooks, and procedures to staff, ensuring alignment with labor laws.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate staff training sessions and monitor skill development programs to support career growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles within the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual ability is an advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
