In this dual-role position, you'll be the backbone of our organizational culture, managing everything from talent acquisition and employee relations to office coordination and compliance. Your expertise will directly impact our brewery's growth and employee satisfaction in Kuching's thriving F&B scene. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent
  • Administer employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate office operations including supply management, facilities maintenance, and vendor relations
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and documentation systems
  • Organize company events, training programs, and team-building activities
  • Overleave administrative budgeting, expense reporting, and record-keeping

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of combined HR and administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in F&B or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Certified HR Professional (CHRP) designation a plus
