In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our daily HR operations, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a proactive team player who can handle confidential information with integrity and manage daily office tasks during standard office hours (8.30 am to 6 pm). Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the daily HR administrative functions, including document filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) with high precision.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing staff.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local labor regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to commit for the full 6-month contract duration.
