Join Techbond Manufacturing Sdn Bhd as a pivotal HR Administrator and Receptionist, where you'll be the first point of contact for our dynamic team and visitors. This dual role combines essential front-desk management with comprehensive HR administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere while managing communications, appointments, and office logistics. In your HR capacity, you'll support recruitment processes, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding, and assist with payroll and leave administrationāall while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front-desk operations including visitor reception, call handling, and appointment scheduling
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across all office functions
- Assist with HR processes: recruitment coordination, onboarding, record maintenance, and payroll support
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and compliance
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility requests
- Support organizational events, meetings, and team activities
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and document control
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR administration and front-desk operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
