Tanggung Jawab

  • Process enrollment, updates, and cancellations of employee benefits programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and benefit documentation
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and external vendors for benefit administration
  • Prepare and distribute benefit communications and materials to employees
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks including documentation filing and data entry
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects as assigned by the HR team

Kualifikasi

  • Recent graduate or with less than 1 year of HR experience is acceptable
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
