Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in the HR database.
  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support payroll processing and manage leave applications and attendance records.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing documentation and orientations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with general administrative tasks for the HR team.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar support role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
