- Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance to ensure accuracy.
- Handle payroll invoicing and ensure accurate financial processing within the HR department.
- Assist with COBRA administration and employee benefits verification processes.
- Conduct employment verifications and respond to internal and external inquiries promptly.
- Support the execution of HR initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and assist in onboarding new hires effectively.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processes, and benefits administration (COBRA).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and pay attention to detail.
