Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team in Taguig City. This is a critical on-site role operating on a night shift schedule, serving as the primary point of contact for our employees and external partners.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring that all queries are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. You will support the day-to-day HR functions, maintain personnel records, and contribute to a positive employee experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting onboarding for new hires.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll documentation, and government-mandated requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities and company communications.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytical data as requested by the management team.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR Administrative or Generalist role, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule and be based on-site in Taguig City.
