Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a global impact? EMAPTA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our growing team supporting the education sector. This is a unique, project-based opportunity that offers the perfect balance of professional challenge and work-life harmony, featuring a consistent day shift schedule and weekends off.

In this hybrid role based in Ortigas, you will serve as a key partner to international stakeholders, ensuring seamless HR operations, policy compliance, and employee engagement. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between global education standards and local operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide expert HR advisory support to management and employees regarding policy, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with global standards.
  • Coordinate with international stakeholders to resolve employee relations issues and performance management inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Handle documentation for payroll support, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for global leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Advisory role, preferably supporting international accounts.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and global HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid setup while maintaining high collaboration with remote teams.
