Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate complex HR reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Conduct in-depth manpower costing analysis and budget forecasting to ensure resource optimization.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Streamline and digitize HR operational processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless data integration and reporting compliance.
- Prepare regular headcount reports, turnover analyses, and compensation benchmarking studies.
- Maintain data integrity within HRIS systems and ensure the security of sensitive employee information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR reporting, data analysis, or a similar analytical capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS software and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into easy-to-understand insights.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high levels of integrity and discretion.
