In this role, you will play a critical part in executing our global HR operations strategy. You will support key processes including Performance & Development, Compensation structures, Talent & Career management, and Workday Security. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor complex HR processes within the Workday platform, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and compliance.
- Support the end-to-end Compensation Operations cycle, including market benchmarking, data validation, and incentive administration.
- Manage Talent & Career process flows, providing operational support for global performance management cycles.
- Oversee Workday Security administration, ensuring proper access levels and robust data privacy protocols are maintained.
- Analyze HR operational metrics to identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve complex HR system inquiries and provide Tier 2 support.
- Maintain rigorous documentation for all operational procedures, ensuring compliance with global and local labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, or HRIS support.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Workday HRIS is highly preferred; experience with other major ERPs will be considered.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling) are essential for this role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for operational improvements.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule in BGC, Taguig.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume global environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional global teams.
