Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze workforce data using statistical tools to identify recruitment trends, turnover patterns, and performance indicators

- Collaborate with recruitment teams to optimize candidate sourcing strategies through data analysis

Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or statistical software)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel functions
