- Collect, clean, and integrate workforce metrics from HRIS and other data sources
- Design and maintain interactive HR dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
- Analyze workforce trends to identify patterns in recruitment, retention, and performance
- Prepare monthly/quarterly HR analytics reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with HR teams to support data-driven talent initiatives
- Develop automated reporting templates for recurring HR metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific HR business questions
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR metrics and workforce analytics concepts
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel and SQL for data manipulation
