Join our dynamic team as an HR and Accountant where you'll drive organizational success through comprehensive human resources and financial management. You'll manage end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition, payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance with Singaporean labor regulations. Simultaneously, you'll handle critical accounting functions such as financial reporting, budgeting, and accounts management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster positive workplace culture
- Prepare financial reports, manage accounts payable/receivable, and maintain general ledger
- Ensure HR compliance with Singapore Employment Act and accounting standards
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff development initiatives
- Assist in annual budget preparation and financial forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years combined experience in HR and accounting functions
- Proficiency in HRIS and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Deep understanding of Singapore labor laws and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Professional certification (e.g., HRMP, ACCA) preferred
